Description : 1. The Partido Development Administration, through the Corporate Operating Budget of 2023 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Three Hundred Forty-five Thousand Forty-two Pesos & 35/100 Only (P 7, 345, 042.35) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Labor and Materials for the Installation of Water Treatment Equipment and Facility at Sagñay Water Treatment Plant/PDA-PWSS 2023-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Partido Development Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
