1.The Municipality of E. B Magalona, Negros Occidental, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS AND TWENTY THREE CENTAVOS (Php 2, 927, 920.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Supply of Labor and materials for the Installation of Solar Street Lights for Barangays 1, 2, & 3. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipality of E. B Magalona, Negros Occidental now invites bids for the Supply of Labor and materials for the Installation of Solar Street Lights for Barangays 1, 2, & 3. Execution of Goods and Services is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
