Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of E. B Magalona, Negros Occidental now invites bids for the Supply of Labor and Materials for the Construction/Rehabilitation of Drainage System in Barangays 1 & 3. Execution of Goods and Services is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) days.
