1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III), through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT intends to apply the sum of: ONE MILLION PESOS (P1, 000, 00.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ORGANIC GOAT MEAT PROCESSING FACILITY UNDER ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PROGRAM FOR FY 2026 per Identification Number DA3- 2026-01-0449 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
