The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III), through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TEN PESOS (Php 2, 785, 710.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-CROP DRYING PAVEMENTS (MCDP) UNDER THE CORN PROGRAM FOR CY 2026 (REBID FOR LOT 1, 2 & 7) per Identification Number DA3-2026-03-1363. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
