1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND NINETY-FOUR PESOS AND NINETY-EIGHT CENTAVOS (Php4, 413, 094.98), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Labor and Materials for the Construction of Casement Window of the Meeting Room 1 Balcony (APP No. 2025 - MC - 08). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PICC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
