Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of knee joint endoprostheses, in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex 1 to this specification.2. Validity period: 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. Additional conditions regarding the subject of the order: a) The Contractor undertakes to deliver and deposit the subject of the order together with the instruments free of charge at the Ordering Party's registered office (Kraków, os. Zlotej Jesieni 1) for the duration of the contract. The contractor will be obliged to supplement and service the instruments free of charge delivered to the Buyer under the subject contract. b) The Contractor will be obliged to provide the instruments along with a list or photos of the tools regarding point A Revision knee prosthesis (Appendix No. 1)4. When offering new products not used so far at the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to train the Ordering Party's staff free of charge at the Ordering Party's headquarters (Kraków, os. Zotej Jesieni 1), no later than within 30 days from signing the contract, which ended with the issuance of personal certificates confirming employees' participation in the training.
