Quotation are invited for Supply of Kirby Sheets.

BID BOND:
Each offer must be accompanied by an Initial Bank Guarantee equal to KD. 500/- in favour of the Kuwait Oil Company and valid for 90 (lavs validity period of the Tender, issued in the form of Letter of Guarantee by any approved local bank. The Tenderer shall duly fill in and complete Attachment В to the Form of Tender.

TENDER FEES:
3.1 The Bidder must pay a noil-refundable Tender Fee equal to KD. 25/-
as specified in RFQ document as follows:
- Cash deposit in or money transfer to the Company-s bank account 1001058663 with the National Bank of Kuwait, Ahmadi Branch, Kuwait.

3.2 Kuwait Oil Company will NOT accept a bank draft for Tender Fee.
3.3 КОС account shall be credited with the Requisite Tender Fee. Any additional charges by receiving & transmitting bank shall be borne by bidders only.
3.4 In case of RFQ cancellation by КОС, bidder is eligible for Tender Fee Refund.
