Inthe purpose of the implementation of the project "Coordinated and efficient reactions of the authorities in emergency situations in the Dolj-Vratsa region", further, it is necessary to purchase some intervention equipment, respectively a special fire-fighting vehicle with increased capacity, equipped withthe evacuation and qualified first aid with a capacity of 4500 l.
The estimated value of the specific equipment for interventions in emergency situations, which are to be purchased, is 1, 608, 067.5 lei without VAT.
a. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, as amendedcards and subsequent additions, the deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
b. In accordance with preveaccording to art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority will respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarifications/additional information, 7 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
