Tenders are invited for Supply Internet Service to CRS Office in Aden.

Interested vendors may attend the optional site visit that will be held in work site located at Embassy Area, Khourmaksar, Aden on Monday the 4th September 2023 at 10:00 AM. For more information about site visit location please contact mobile # 780 660 835 during working hours only which is from 8:00 AM till 4:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday
1. The bandwidth is 1.8 TB Mbps shared Fiber Optic internet connection.
2. 1 Static/Public IP is required.
3. ISP must complete the Scope of Work to install, activate, and implement the equipment
needed within the CRS Aden Office.
4. ISP must ensure the connectivity service is available 99.99% of the time.
5. 24/7 support and maintenance services must be offered post-installation.
6. ISP must have a 24/7 NOC (Network Operations Center) for resolving any internet link
issues.
7. ISP shall provide technical assistance, maintenance, and support (24/7). And shall provide
a minimum of two updated contact numbers for 24-hour support.
8. ISP should provide the NOC contact details post-installation.
9. ISP shall provide technical support by email and phone.
10. ISP shall notify CRS of unplanned disruptions and outages within at least 15 minutes.
11. ISP must have an automatic backup line in case interruptions happen in the service or if one
of the ports stops working.
12. ISP must provide details about the internet backup lines.
13. In case of any internet cutoff in the physical transmission of the network system, the ISP
shall send a specialist team to the site to fix the cutoff within 24 hours.
14. ISP must offer an online PRTG tool for monitoring the Internet Service for the CRS office.
15. ISP capacity is guaranteed by the provider, and the inability to maintain this capacity
causing a cutoff leading to failure would incur penalties.
16. ISP must test the internet post installation and confirm by email.
17. Pricing shall show monthly recurring costs and one-time installation costs.
18. In case of planned or unplanned service outages, the ISP should compensate CRS for the
service outage hours.
19. ISP must submit a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
20. ISP must send the details of previous similar work experience.
21. Internet pipe must cover Internet cable to protect it against external factors.
