Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply, Installtion, Configuration, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Firewall System (Fws) for Block 04 of Defence Headquarters Complex at Akuregoda

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission
of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters
Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 18th March 2024 until 21st April 2024
from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Twelve Thousands (LKR
12, 000.00). The method of payment will be in Cash/Bank Draft in favour of Project Procurement Committee
(PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla.
Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address below or shall be deposited in the tender box placed in the below
address at or before 1000 hrs on 22nd April 2024. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing
in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 1100 hrs on 01st April 2024 at the site of Defence Headquarters Complex at
Akuregoda.
Bids shall be valid up to 21st July 2024 (91 days after the date of Bid Opening).
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security of Sri Lankan Rupees Three Hundred Twenty Thousand
(LKR 320, 000.00) shall be issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of
Sri Lanka. This Bid-Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand guarantee and shall be valid up
to 18th August 2024 (119 days after the date of Bid Opening).
