Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Maintenance of Mobile Racking System for National Archives.
A complete set of bidding' documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to Director General National Archives, Department of National Archives, No. 07, Philip Gunawardena Mawatha, Colombo 07 from 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. on working days during the period from 28/08/2024 up to 26/09/2024 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 35, 000.00 in cash.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 8, 200, 000.00, which shall be valid up to 23/01/2025 (119 days from the date of closing of bids).
