Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The participating firm in the tender must have at least five years of practical experience in supplying, installing, and providing post-installation support for ICT-related equipment through OTM (Open Tendering Method). To prove this experience, both Work Order and Work Completion Certificate of the relevant work must be attached.2. The bidding firm must have experience in supplying and installing Digital/Smart Class/Meeting Room-related IFP (Interactive Flat Panel) along with accessories to any government/autonomous institution within the last three years through a single contract, valued at least 50, 00, 000/= Tk.3. Any work completed through any form of sub-contracting will not be accepted as valid experience.4. Defects must be acknowledged within 2 hours and resolved within 2 weeks. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in service costs being deducted from the security deposit.5. A Bank Guarantee issued directly in the name of the bidding firm according to the attached format/table and a Manufacturing Authorization Letter, where applicable, must be provided.6. The Brand, Model, Detailed Technical Specifications, Country of Origin, Original Manual, or proof of Original Specification provided by the Manufacturer/Assembler, and other necessary certificates for all goods must be clearly specified in the tender.7.
