Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 2 (two) contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology similar to the proposed works successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with the procuring entity each with a value of at least Tk.2, 33, 00, 000/-(Two crore Thirty Three Lac only) ; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.10, 00, 00, 000/- (Ten crore) over the last 5 (five) years ; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 4, 00, 00, 000/-(Four Crore) Only.(e) The minimum capacity shall be Tk 3, 00, 00, 000/-(Three Crore ) only
