Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of addressable fire detection/alarm system services at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India. Offerors wishing to submit a quotation should follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit their quotation to the address specified below.
Site Visit The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on August 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Gate-C, Chandragupta Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110021, India. Prospective offerors wishing to participate must submit their interest to [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026.
Requests for Clarification All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026. Responses will be provided to all offerors who have expressed interest in doing business with the U.S. Government (USG). Questions submitted after this deadline will not be answered.
Quotation Submission Quotations are due no later than 5:00 p.m. (India Standard Time) on August 11, 2026. All quotations must be submitted electronically to [email protected], with the subject line: "Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0099 - Structural Retrofitting."
Each submission must not exceed 10 MB. If the total file size exceeds 10 MB, offerors must divide the submission into multiple files, each under 10 MB, and send them as separate emails.
Quotations received after 5:00 p.m. (India Standard Time) on August 11, 2026, will not be accepted. All quotations must be submitted in English. Incomplete quotations will not be considered. Quotations submitted to any email address other than [email protected] will be rejected in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
