Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Qualified Tenderers as Mentioned Below:(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in Supply of Goods or Electromechanical Works Shall be 5 years.(B) (i) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Tendere in Successfully Supplying of Similar Goods or Related Services Appraised not Less than Tk.75 lac, at least a Single Contract in Government/Semi government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 5 years. (ii) In Case of Successfully Supplying Goods or Related Services Under any Government/Semi government/ Autonomous Organization The Certifying Authority Shall be an Officer not Below The Rank of Executive Engineer (C) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk.85 Lac Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender.(D) The Tender Must Possess:(i) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.(iii) Up to date Trade License.(iv) Up to date ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh.(v) Other Notable Terms are Pointed out at TDS, PCC, ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed.
