Valid tax clearance certificate (Up to date)4. Valid VAT & TIN certificate5. Up to dated ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board. Government of Bangladesh.6. Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift of minimum value 100.00 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt./Semi govt/autonomous/private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT) for Single Lift.7. Certificate of specific work experience obtained form organization other than EED should be authenticated by Executive Engineer of EED after verified by respective organization.8. The minimum amount of Liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line (s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 90.00 Lac for single Lift as per STD format of this tender.9. Submitted Valid Manufacturer-s Authorization letter of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.10. Submitted Valid Agency ship certificateof the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.11. Submitted valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.12.
