Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:a) General experience of three (03) years.b) Up to date Valid trade license.c) Up to date Valid tax clearance certificate (Tax year-2023-24).d) Up to date Valid VAT & TIN certificatee) Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.f) Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, & commissioning of generator of minimum value 30.86 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./ autonomous organization within last three yearsg) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Assistant Engineer (Electrical), EED of concerned district.h) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 38.57 (Not before 15.04.2026) lakh, Only Credit line will be accepted.i) Valid Manufacturer's Authorization letter for the proposed generator.j) Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tenderk).
