1. The Barangay Bayobay, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Through the 20% EDF of CY 2023 Budget, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifity Thousand Pesos (Php. 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Installation of Solar Street Lights at, Barangay Bayobay, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
