Description : 1.0 The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) has a requirement for the Level 1 + Hospital located at the United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) Baghdad, for one-time purchase of Digital Radiography X-ray system and to establish a Long-Term Agreement/Contract for the Maintenance and Repair, by a locally engaged authorized dealer in order to perform the services described in this SOR within the stated period. 1.1. Description of Work 1.2.1 The successful bidder (herein referred to as Contractor) will provide all the "DIGITAL X-RAY Machine system" and render the required services on site at UNAMI Clinic, HQ DIWAN. 1.2.2 The periodic and "as and when required" basis maintenance services are required to ensure proper functioning of the procured machine and uninterrupted services at the UNAMI Clinic. The repair services shall be done on site at UNAMI HQ, DIWAN. 1.2. Contract Period of Performance In addition to one-time supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and training for the DIGITAL X-RAY Machine system, UNAMI intends to enter into a Service Contract for the initial term of Three (3) years with the option to extend for another Two (2) years of one (1) year periods (1+1), at the discretion of UNAMI and subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, availability of UNAMI funds and extension of its mandate. 2.0 The solicitation will be based on a detailed list of items with technical specifications required by UNAMI, UN General Conditions of...
