The Rural Water Supply Ltd. (RWSL), the executing Agency on behalf of the National Water Commission (NWC) invites qualified Contractors to submit Tenders to undertake the supply & installation of 2# Bolted Steel Tanks.

DESCRIPTION OF WORKS:
? The selected contractor will be required to supply & install 1# 50, 000 US Gallons & 1# 100, 000 US Gallons Bolted Steel Tanks for the White Hall / New Market Water Supply

ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDERS:
Tenderers must provide a:
? A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC).
? A valid National Contracts Commission (NCC) registration certificate with minimum Grade 2 rating in the category of Tank Erection Works.
? A Tender Bond in the amount of $100, 000.00 that has been duly stamped by the Commissioner of Stamp Duty in the format specified or a
Bank Guarantee or a Cashier's cheque.
? Completed, signed and sealed Form of Tender.

COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS:
? Tender documents may be collected from the Rural Water Supply Ltd., The Towers, 3rd Floor, 25 Dominica Drive, Kingston 5. Documents
will be available as of Wednesday March 20, 2019.
? Tenderers will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of $5, 000.00 for each document. Payment should be made in cash or manager's
