1. The Local Government Unit of Trento, through the General Fund Proper/ Supplemental No. 1 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1, 100, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY/ INSTALLATION/ DELIVERY OF AIRCONDITIONING UNIT AT SUPER RHU with PR# 2026-05-0432. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Trento now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered in 30 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 1 month from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
