Supply, installation, configuration and commissioning and comprehensive maintenance of the audiovisual equipment of the CUB building of the Barcelona Free Trade Zone Consortium. The object of this contract consists of the supply, installation, integration, configuration and commissioning of a comprehensive audiovisual system intended for a multipurpose space of the Barcelona Free Trade Zone Consortium, currently in the construction phase, that allows the adequate development of institutional events, events, presentations and other public activities. The audiovisual system will include, among other elements, solutions for display, sound, capture and distribution of audiovisual signals, as well as auxiliary elements. necessary for its correct functioning, in accordance with the technical and functional specifications established in the Technical Prescription Document. The contract also includes the integration tasks between the different subsystems, the realization of functional testing and commissioning of the entire solution, as well as the provision of maintenance services, technical support and attendance at events during the term of the contract. Additionally, the contract contemplates the supply on demand for audiovisual equipment and lighting for events, in the terms established in the Technical Prescription Document.
