Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Laser Hallmarking Machine for Precious Metals Laboratory at The Organization

Tender documents can be obtained from Finance Section in Building no. (4)-second floor at Qatar General Organization For Standardization During official working hours with a letter of authorization from the company

Attached with the tender temporary insurance in the name of the government body to the committee, by a check payable or under a bank guarantee letter issued by a local or accredited bank in the State of Qatar, and is valid for at least (120) days from the date specified for the bid submission

The period of validity of bids shall be (90) days at least from the date of the end of the period set for submitting bids

The value of the final insurance (10%) of the contract value. It is deposited according to a bank guarantee letter accepted by a local or accredited bank

The government agency has the right during the contract period and after the approval of the Tender and Auctions Committee to increase or decrease the amounts of items, works or services

Tenders shall be submitted signed and stamped, and deposited within closed envelopes in the name of the Chairman / Chairman of the Competent Tenders and Auctions Committee, and delivered to the secretariat of the Committee at its headquarters PLEASE REFER TO TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR BIDS SUBMISSION DETAILS.
