Expression of Interest for Supply & Installation of an Asphalt Plant
Objectives:
The objective of this request for Expressions of Interest, is to engage suppliers who are capable
of supplying and installing a Drum Mix or a Batch Asphalt Plant that can meet the construction
and maintenance needs of the Island. This plant will be used for the John A. Osborne Airport
runway resurfacing in 2020, as well as for general road network upgrade work.
It is assumed that the solution will be able to provide:
C. 100+e asphalt per hour
Drum mix or Batch Plan with necessary accessories.
Plant control system
Cold feed capacity
Compliant with the power supply rating of the island, which is 60Hz, dual power by direct
power supply or standby generator.
