Supply, installation and start-up of a numerical control (CNC) turning machine. The Manufacturing and R&D Support Unit aims to manufacture the parts and mechanical systems required for research projects in different types of programs (scientific or technological development) and modalities (public, private or mixed consortia), ranging from activities in small projects to contributions to large facilities. Most of the jobs of machining that is carried out in the aforementioned unit, requires that, during the manufacturing process, turning machines be used. The purpose of this contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a new controlled turning machine numerical system with greater performance in order to replace one of the two current ones that is obsolete, in addition, due to not having spare parts, generating maintenance problems which causes delays and slowdowns in the work order execution schedule of this line, which is seen increased to the extreme of not being able to meet the needs of all research projects. Therefore, in order to provide a more effective and quality service to all the machining work necessary for the different CIEMAT projects and to fulfill the technical services requested by other organizations and universities on time, it is necessary to replace at least one of the turning machines.
