Supply, Installation, and Retrofitting of Plumbing Fixtures Plan at U Tech, Ja. Is Expected to Achieve the Following:

Empirical Results Translating to Water Reduction

Empirical Results Translating to Cost Reduction

Positive Environmental Stewardship.
Scope:

Tankless Toilets to be upgraded to high-efficiency units 1.28 GPF flush valves

Tanked Toilets to be upgraded to high-efficiency units 0.8 GPF Tanked Toilet

Install inline sediment filters on Tanked Toilet

Retrofit Urinal turn valves to the self-closing valve

Replace Urinal pressure-assist valves with a 0.5 GPM pressure-assist valve

Replace all non-threaded/unrestricted taps to instant off faucets or press taps with a 0.5 GPM

Install Aerators On Threaded Faucets (0.5 GPM For Lavatory Faucets And a 1.0 GPM For Kitchen And Laboratory)

Install a 1.5 GPM High Efficiency, Pressure Compensating, Tamper-Resistant Showerheads in all Showers.
The supply, installation, and retrofitting of plumbing fixtures for the Papine Campus shall take into consideration the

following:

Durability, life span, warranty, maintenance, the availability of replacement part/s and pricing

Replacement and or retrofitting approximately 1, 847 plumbing fixtures for sixty-five (65) locations/ facilities on

campus

Summation of a preliminary estimate of expenditure.
