Supply, Installation and Maintenance of the document sorting system of the ALCAZAR library in Marseille The aim of the consultation is to replace the sorting robot and the exterior return box of the Alcazar library. The candidate must define the best solution in relation to the needs of the PLP. He will develop a project for the implementation of the sorting robot and the exterior return box (BRE). The purpose of this project is to install new equipment and ensure its maintenance on the duration of the market (10 years). The competitive procedure with negotiation was adopted in accordance with the provisions of articles L2124-3 and R2124-3 1° and 3° of the Public Procurement Code, the contract was awarded according to a procedure with negotiation from then on that the need cannot be satisfied without adapting immediately available solutions to the specific constraints of the Alcazar site and that design services are necessary. The sorting line is arranged on 2 levels (Ground floor and basement) and the transition between these two levels requires: - adjustments to the building (modification of the opening of a wall, re-definition of the mandatory fire protection system for the ERP that is the Alcazar, adaptation of the facade for the collector of the external return box) - specific equipment which is linked to the specific configuration of each of the solutions proposed.
