the consultation will result in a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, pursuant to article 78 - paragraph 3 of decree no. 2016-360 of 25 march 2016 with maximum annual amount. The period of validity of the framework agreement is the period within which the goodorder can be issued. It is fixed at 1 year from the notification of the market. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable once, once a year, for a maximum of two years. The execution time of the work will be fixed in each purchase order.
