This contract relates in particular to the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of materials, equipment or software such as: - Entrance terminals with RFID chip and barcode readers, displays and intercom, - Automatic entry and exit barrierse Site, - Portable Terminals Or Smartphones, Hardened, - Access Cards On Physical Support, With Rfid Chip And Barcodes (Including Personalization, Creation Of Badges, Mailing And Database Management), - Software Input/Output Management, Interface With The Software Solutionthe Community (Styx)- Local Network And Electrical Infrastructure, - Agent Training, - 2-Year Warranty And Maintenance. The Market Is Not Cut Into Slices.

Description of services: - The framework agreement consists of a fixed part and a part with purchase orders: The fixed part covers: - Kick-off meeting and project management, - supply, installationlation, commissioning and maintenance over a period of 2 years of materials, equipment or software as defined in the estimated quantitative detail no 1, - the supply of access cards on physical medium, with RFID chip and barcodes (including including personalization, creation of badges, mailing and database management), - training for agents. A part with purchase orders. Depending on the needs, the contracting authority reserves the right to issue purchase orders relating to supplies and services as detailed in the "bordereauunit prices (BPU) Part of purchase orders ", and in particular on: - The supply and installation of access terminals, barriers, rails, terminal protection structures, additional wiring, - The supply of additional badges, in particular physical badges multiservice KORRIGO, - Edition, encoding, management of requests and sending of these cards, - The supply of an additional rugged smartphone, - Additional training sessions, - Annual maintenance services for the installations beyond the 2-year warranty period. The duration of the framework agreement is set at 48 months fromfrom its date of notification. The framework agreement cannot be renewed. The services of the part with purchase orders are likely to vary, over the duration of the framework agreement, within the following limits: - Minimum amount: No minimum amount, - Maximum amount : 90, 000 euros excluding tax.
