Vendor must have successfully executed minimum 3 such project in Bhutan with minimum of 5 readers in a network environment with centralize management system. Copy of such reference letter to be submitted for reference and verification.4. Vendor must be partner or provide manufacture authorization letter for Controller Reader, Access Management Software, EM lock, Card Printer and Network Switch. This is to ascertain the genuineness of the offered equipment’s, guarantee post-sales support from the manufacture incase the local vendor are unable to provide the support.5. The vendor must be in similar business for more than 3 years.6. Vendor must provide compliance statement to technical specification and datasheet/ catalogue as per requirement specified in the technical specification above.7. The vendor should provide minimum of 5 years hardware replacement warranty including all the license. This warranty should be clearly mentioned in the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter issued by respective OEM on OEM letterhead.â??â??â??â??â??â??â??
