Supply, installation and commissioning of a preclinical video-tracking platform and an optical imaging instrument ensuring the in vivo quantification of bioluminescence and fluorescence signals, in two lots.
LOT 1 "SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF A PLATEPRECLINICAL FORM OF VIDEO-TRACKING."
This lot 1 aims for the supply, installation, training and commissioning of a preclinical video-tracking platform:
(1) the supply of 12 units (arenas) equipped to accommodate 1 or 2 mice each and equipped with cameras allowing daytime visionnes and nocturnal;
(2) the supply of suitable PCs and software intended for capturing videos, archiving videos and automatically quantifying movements, behaviors, including watering and feeding, and social interactions of mice;
(3) installation comptop of the platform;
(4) the training of 2 operators;
(5) the commissioning of the platform and
(6) the successful testing of the platform in real conditions of use (i.e., phenotyping of real mice);
the provision of two containment cabinets, each capable ofcontain 6 of the aforementioned units and the associated video and computer equipment;
