Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEM (FDAS)
1) The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, through the 2026 Internally Generated Fund - Retained Income Fund intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos Only (₱ 15, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS). Completion of the Works is required in one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
