Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of an Electronic Document Management System (Edms) for Road Development Authority
Quotations must be delivered to the address below at or before 2.00 p.m. on 31/03/2023. Late quotations will be rejected. Quotations will be opened in the presence of the bidders-
representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below, immediately after the
closing of quotations. All quotations must be accompanied by a “Bid Security, ” of LKR
300, 000.00 to the given format (valid up to 29.06.2023). Any bid not accompanied by a valid
Bid Security at the time of bid closing time, will be rejected.
