Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned belowa) The minimum no. of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one (01) contract within the last 05 (Five) years involving the supply and installation of Laboratory Equipment in an Engineering Lab Setup under any Government/Semi-Government Engineering Institute in Bangladesh, with a contract value of at least Tk. 12.00 Lacs.i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/ other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c) The Tenderer must possess(i) an Up-to-date valid Trade License.(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate from NBR.(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate.(iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Boardd) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15.00 Lacs.e) All other required certifications as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS), using the prescribed formats.All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
