Request for proposals are invited for Supply & Install LED Fixture for Street Lighting.
The Palestine Liberation Organization, for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA), has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank-International Development Association (IDA), Central Government, KFW, Denmark, SDC, EU, VNG, GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program (MDP3).The Municipal Development and Lending Fund (MDLF) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of (WB) grant to eligible payments under the contract for: Supply & Install LED Fixture for Street Lighting, Contract No: MDPIII-CII-0124007-01 for the benefit of Biddu Municipality.

Biddu Municipality has received financing from the (WB) toward the cost of the Municipal Development Program Phase III Cycle II, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply & Install LED Fixture for Street Lighting

Biddu Municipality now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply & Install LED Fixture for Street Lighting.

Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank-s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, January 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Biddu Municipality Mayor-s office, [email protected]. and inspect the bidding document during office hours (8:00 am to 2.30 pm) at the address given below, From 09-07-2020 to 30-07-2020.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrcfundablc fee of 100 Euro. The method of payment will be direct deposit to specified account number given below.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon of 09-08-2020. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12:00 noon of 09-08-2020.

Grant Is VAT included; Bidders to price with VAT.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 3, 000 Euro. The Bid Security should be Bid Security should be valid for 118 days after the bid submission deadline date.
