The scope includes comprehensive services such as design, manufacturing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), delivery to BC Hydro-s Main Distribution Centre or project site, commissioning, documentation, training, and baseline technical support. Optional services include extended technical support, supplemental training, extended warranties, spare parts recommendations and supply, and the ability to reserve production slots to mitigate supply‑chain risks. The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of 5 years, which may be extended for up to 10 years through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of 15 years. Documents
