Tenders are invited for Supply, Install, Commission, Training & Calibrate 02 Nos. Of Viscometer Baths to Determine Viscosity of Petroleum Product Using Viscometers According to Astm D 445 Test Method
1. Main Instrument

Test Methods, to determine Viscosity of petroleum product using

viscometers - ASTM D 445(updated version)
Power supply: 230 volts ± 10 %, 50 - 60 Hz

2. Viscosity Bath

Temp Range : Ambient to 150oC

Temp Stability of : ± 0.02 oC up to 100oC

Bath medium ± 0.05 oC between 100 and 150oC

Temp Uniformity : ± 0.02 oC at 40 and 100oC

Tube Capacity : Minimum 06

Bath Fluid : Oil or water

Bath Capacity : 50 Liters or available

Heating : 2000W or Bath temperature Stability

within 1hr.

Viscometer bath should have Integral back light, Toughened

glass in front panel, Digital display with 0.01oC resolution.

3. Bath Calibration

Bath Temperature Calibration certificate should be from ISO

17025 accredited laboratory or relevant authority with

valid traceability.

4. Accessories

Universal thermometer holder - 4 Nos.

Universal Viscometer holder, for all regular viscometer tube.

- 8 Nos.

Silicone bath oil, 20 liters, for filling viscometer baths in the

temperature range of 100 to 150 oC. - 5 x 20L
