Request for proposals are invited for Supply, Install and Retrofit Plumbing Fixtures at its Papine Campus.
The Project is Expected to Reduce Water Consumption. The Caribbean Sustainable Energy and Innovation Institute (Cseii) in Collaboration with the Facilities Management Department will Coordinate the Project on Behalf of the University.

Scope of Work
The supply, installation and retrofitting of plumbing fixtures plan at
UTech, Ja. is expected to achieve the following:
• Empirical results translating to water reduction
• Empirical results translating to cost reduction
• Positive environmental stewardship.

355 each Install Aerators on Threaded Faucets (0.5 GPM for Lavatory Faucets and a 1.0 GPM for Kitchen and Laboratory)
143 each Install a 1.5 GPM High Efficiency, Pressure Compensating, Tamper-Resistant Showerheads in all Showers.
