Supply of insignia distinctive jacquard fabrics for uniform clothing - framework agreement The Ministry of Defense announces an open procedure for awarding a public contract, on the basis of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 and para. 2, Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, letter "b", Art. 73, para. 1, Art. 81, para. 1 and Art. 82, para. 1 of the ZOP, with subject: "Delivery of distinctive jacquard fabric signs for uniform clothing - framework agreement", according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority and technical specification TS Ж 71.5083.25. The subject of the order applies to all elements / nomenclatures / of Marks distinctive jacquard fabrics for uniform clothing, specified in TS Ж 71.5083.25, without item 2.2. "Pilot Emblem". The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor and defined all the conditions therein, without subsequently conducting an internally competitive selection. Deadline for order fulfillment: The framework agreement has a term of 3 (three) years from its conclusion or until its value is reached, whichever of the two conditions occurred first. The term of delivery under the specific contracts concluded under the terms of the framework agreement is no more than 6 months, counted from the date of conclusion of the contract.
