The purpose of this consultation regulation is to define the terms of competition for the award of a public contract relating to the supply, implementation, operation, maintenance and support of cybersecurity solutions to the benefit of the regional joint union e-Collectivités and its member communities. The consultation is broken down into three lots, each corresponding to a specific service: 1. Lot 1: Outsourced backup solution. This lot concerns the supply, implementation and operation of an outsourced backup solution (cloud) intended for e-Collectivités and its member communities. The objective is to guarantee the security, availability and resilience of saved data, while respecting compliance standards, including GDPR. 2. Lot 2: EDR/SOC solution. This lot concerns the supply, implementation and operation of a terminal detection and response (EDR) solution, associated with a supervision and processing of security events (SOC). This solution aims to strengthen the cybersecurity of the IT systems of member communities by detecting and responding effectively to threats. 3. Lot 3: Protection solution for messaging.
