Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to acquire a solution allowing the archiving of data contained in the LISA application. LISA is the SNATED-119 business application used by SNATED teams to manage calls (telephone calls, chats and forms), draw up a report of the situations and, depending on the situation, transmit it to the departments for evaluation and local treatment of the situation. The consultation also concerns the recovery of data existing assets as well as the maintenance of this solution, which must be able to adapt to developments in the LISA application. The consultation will give rise to a single-award framework agreement with a fixed part concerning the supply of the software specific and a part with purchase orders concerning maintenance (application and scalable). The procedure is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount of: 221, 000 euros excluding tax for all periods combined. The market provides for a duration linked to development, in particular the recovery of data, and the implementation of the software, then a duration linked to the maintenance of the software. The duration of market development will be proposed by the holder in its offer. Then the maintenance part with purchase orders will be notified for a period of 12 months, renewable a maximum of 3 times. This consultation is not the subject of an allotment.
