2026-02_PPM Tool - 1 The KCE wishes to improve the management of its projects and its research program using software to: (1) Optimize the research program in terms of allocation of resources (days/experts) and planning projects, using simulations (2) Manage projects professionally and support project managers and program managers to this end, throughout the life cycle of a project, in particular through the development of planning, monitoring of its implementation, reporting, risk management, etc. (3) Report to the Board of Directors a series of indicators on the evolution of the projects (4) Encode and record the services of the experts (timesheets) with a view to analyzing the operation, monitoring of performance indicators and analytical accounting (5) exchange (receive/send) data with other applications, in an automated or semi-automated manner. It is also necessary to plan for the migration of existing data from the current software. There are currently 100 research projects and transversal activities in the KCE program. This volume is expected to increase in the coming years. The number of users to be expected is 150. This number could also evolve.
