Numih France wishes to acquire and deploy two electronic signature solutions: • The first solution acquired for an unlimited period (perpetual transfer of usage rights) will allow each hospital establishment to generate electronic signatures for its users within each of the Information Systems. • The second will integrate the possibility of signing by generating certificates on the fly. These solutions will be implemented in Numih France data centers on behalf of Numih France and its members or in the servers of Hospital Centers.
