Description of the service: Supply, implementation and maintenance of the commercial management program for Aigües de Manresa subscribers, SAThe contract is configured as an integrated initial service that includes the supply of licenses or rights of using the solution, functional analysis services, consulting, data migration, configuration, parameterization, integration with third-party systems, testing, user training, documentation, commissioning and the first year of maintenance and support of the platform.Also, the maintenance, support, update and functional evolution services of the IoTCOM-ChirpStack, Smart Metering and Leak Detection (Balances) modules, already implemented and currently in operation in Aigües, are part of the object of the contract de Manresa, S.A., in order to guarantee its operational continuity, compatibility and correct integration with the platform subject to the contract. These benefits do not include a new implementation of these modules.
