A comprehensive system for treating early childhood, based on rod magnetic with an internal growth mechanism and percutaneous extension control with the option of neuromonitoring and intraoperative control balance fibula. System of magnetic rods with an internal growth mechanism in diameters 4.5mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm with a length of 470mm, equipped with two extending systems with a range of 28mm and 48mm and with the size of a different element of 70mm and 90mm. Bars made of titanium with neodymium elements growing, certified for MRI 1.5T test. The bars for implantation in the treatment of early childhood scoliosis fully controlled in a sorarry magnetic controller that does not require an open surgery, enabling repeated controlled lengthening from 0.1mm to 48mm.
