Tenders are invited for the supply of new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (hvac) plant and equipment at the events centre, caloundra.
As installation will be part of subsequent principal contractor construction contract to be sourced later in the year, manufacturers are to clearly document in their submission any and all requirements to ensure warranties are entirely transferable through supply, installation, commissioning and handover to council operations. this may include, but not be limited to:• storage and handling requirements;• installation procedures/manuals;• any requirement for certified/accredited installers; and• testing and commissioning tasks.
