The identification, assessment and prevention of regulatory risks and the provision of the Single Professional Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) are a regulatory obligation for employers including communities. The consultation aims to implement a professional risk prevention management system for the shared Prevention and Occupational Health service and more particularly for the Prevention unit. The framework agreement is concluded for a firm period taking effect from from the date of notification (scheduled for the end of August 2026) until December 31, 2029.
