TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR) for the supply of HDPE pipe PE 100 110x6.6 mm (SDR 17) 1. SUBJECT OF PURCHASE Supply of pressure pipes made of low-pressure polyethylene (PE 100) in the amount of 10, 000 (ten thousand) linear meters. 2. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Polyethylene grade: PE 100. • Outer diameter: 110 mm. • Wall thickness: 6.6 mm. • SDR (standard dimensional ratio): 17. • Operating pressure: up to 10 bar (for water) / up to 6-8 bar (for gas, with appropriate certification). • Standard: GOST 18599-2001 (for water) / GOST R 58121.2-2018 (for gas). • Color: Black with blue stripes (for water) or black with yellow stripes (for gas). Note: The Customer agrees on the color when signing the Specification. 3. QUALITY AND CERTIFICATION • Marking: Availability of indelible markings on each meter/coil (manufacturer, PE grade, diameter, SDR, GOST, release date). • Hygiene: Availability of an expert opinion on the possibility of using pipes in drinking water supply systems. • Warranty: at least 24 months from the date of delivery. 4. LOGISTICS AND FINANCE • Price per 1 linear. m: within the general limit (based on your conditions - 210 rubles with 22% VAT). • Total cost: 2, 100, 000 (Two million one hundred thousand) rubles 00 kopecks, including VAT 22%. • Enforcing the contract (7%): 147, 000 (One hundred forty-seven thousand) rubles 00 kopecks.
