Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply, Handling, Transport, Training and Delivery of 1 unit Tractor
1) The Philippine Coconut Authority XI, through the Coconut Hybridization Project 2026 (Seedfarm Development) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (P3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Handling, Transport, Training and Delivery of 1 unit Tractor. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Coconut Authority XI now invites bids for the Supply, Handling, Transport, Training and Delivery of 1 unit Tractor to PCA Regional Office XI, Bago Oshiro, Davao City . Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
